You Know Where You Can Stick Your Law?

  1. Riding without a helmet is illegal.
  2. Riding three-to-a-bike is illegal.
  3. Riding on a bike under-age is illegal.

Three laws, three people, three offences. Right outside the police station.

None of this is at all unusual. That's why the people here are happy.
